Withdrawal instructions

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.

We charge a flat rate of EUR 18 for processing return shipping.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made at the customer’s request or to the customer’s specifications (e.g. a one-of-a-kind or made-to-measure piece of jewellery), personalised goods (e.g. by engraving), or goods clearly tailored to the customer’s personal needs.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (RINGKING KG, attention/subject: Returns Processing, Kleeblattgasse 9, 1010 Vienna, max@ring-king.com, telephone: 43 676 173 41144) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days after the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is determined by an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs, such as one-of-a-kind pieces and bespoke individual creations.

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
